Position Responsibilities – Summary
Assist Sales People and the Sales Organization in the following areas:
· Provide Presales support to sales persons and clients regarding SAP based
solutions
· Assist Sales in gaining insight into the customer’s business and business
processes in order to provide appropriate solutions.
· Conduct Functional SAP product and related presentations to clients
· Conduct SAP Functional Demo’s
· Assist sales organization with reviewing prospects/accounts and help
establish sales strategies etc.
· Build and nurture strong client relationships that are often vital
throughout the customer life cycle

Required Skills and Competencies
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Strong presales experience from a software, systems integration, or
consulting firm.
· Strong SAP Functional Expertise on the Manufacturing Side – Additional SAP
Functional Expertise a Plus.
· Demonstrated success in creating, scoping and assisting in the selling of
solutions.
· Must have strong business solution selling skills and an excellent
understanding of enterprise software sales cycles.
· Disciplined and self-directed with a strong work ethic. Excellent
communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Able to build strong
client relationships and assist Sales in driving new business.
· Ability to travel up to 50% throughout NE/East Coast with some National
Travel
· Industry experience in any of the following verticals a plus – Chemical –
CPG – Wholesalers –Software

Job: Ferrite Engineer, NH

Job # 6039, Job Type: Full Time, regular direct position, U.S. Citizenship
Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance for employment in this position.

Qualifications:
BSEE
Candidates must possess a working knowledge of ferrite material characteristics and behavior with regard to product design and experience with the design of passive waveguide, coaxial, microstrip, and stripline media.
Experience with RF simulation software (such as HFSS, CST, ADS) and test equipment (such as VNA’s, PNA’s, spectrum analyzers, HPA’s) is desired.
The Successful candidates must possess the theory and experience to provide design and development of high performance ferrite products including circulators, isolators, switches, phase shifters and polarizers.

The position requires interfacing with customers, specification review, bid and proposals, concept definition, detailed RF and mechanical design and interfacing with manufacturing and testing.

SYSTEMS ENGINEER PRINCIPAL – MA

Job # 6030, Job Type: Full Time, regular direct position

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in EE or Computer Science required. Graduate degree a plus.

Must have 10+ years secure communications systems design experience, or 10+ years information assurance experience incorporating systems engineering experience, common criteria requirements analysis, and CMMI/ structured systems engineering practice.

Ability to obtain a US Government Special Access Program Security Clearance is required. Strong positive if candidate already has SAP clearance or a Top Secret Clearance.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

This position will lead the Information Assurance security effort for systems engineering. This position will require a current Secret Clearance and be pre-screened to make sure this person can be cleared for Special Access Program.
Perform analysis of protection profile requirements for generation of Information Assurance documentation products. General Information Assurance documentation to support security certification of modernized GPS receivers.Participate in product development process including structured requirements and design reviews where Information Assurance is an overarching principal. Generate technical Information Assurance documentation standards for security certification. Support proposal preparation, system engineering cost estimation, and presentation of assigned tasks in the Information Assurance domain for internal and external customers. Support security review and approval for GPS and other navigation system designs, and act as a liaison with security approval agencies. Must have basic self-management skills to estimate, schedule, track and self-monitor cost and schedule progress on special access tasks, and report progress to non-cleared line management personnel.

Knowledge of Government Information Assurance Requirements. Background in secure information systems. Background in Common Criteria.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. System analysis skills proven through academic and practical work. Secure system design principles, secure information systems design, or Common Criteria implementation understanding. Systems Engineering principals proven through demonstrated implementation of CMMI or equivalent processes.
Automated requirements management tolls (Requisite Pro, DOORS or SLATE) highly desired Ability to transform complex systems security requirements into documentation supporting security certification. Ability to understand complex systems, designs, and implementation and document them in accordance with security requirements.
